These women end up having the man leave or they leave themselves while they have 1-2 children. They also learn to hate men because they think all men are like the idiot they picked instead of realizing it was their fault for picking an obvious fucking loser for a mate.
Men are taught to just see women as a numbers game and just want to sleep around with as many women as possible. Men don't start to value women as a wife and mother until their 30s generally but by a man's 30s, it's nearly impossible to find decent women around his age and most 18yo girls don't actually want to marry a 30yo to provide children for him.
