I recommend you Internet Download Manager (they have a basic free version, I paid some bucks for the full, not too much, I don't remember) to download any video and ScreeRec (free software) to record screen videos that can't be downloaded with IDM or you can use ScreenRec for captures too (for captures only you can use Snipping tool on Windows.

thanks. i mean a website or software that can take snapshots of websites like social media and other stuff...
