Here's the most hilarious part of this, under Joe Biden's administration the price of Plywood has doubled. It went from around $30 a sheet under Trump to around $60 a sheet under Biden.

An amount of lumber equivalent to 12" x 12" x 1", when you buy raw or specialty lumber (eg: hardwood) they price is by volume because boards are all different dimensions and thicknesses, so it would be a lot of work to price them individually by linear-foot.
