The course looked super tight this year (it normally does), the greens roll about as fast as my asphalt driveway. It was fun to watch, I think it got as close as 2 strokes at the very end.
Score doesn't really tell the full tale, Matsuyama was soooo far ahead, other players were pretty much forced to take the high risk shots to try and get birdie or eagle potential just to try and catch him.
Rose was up a lot day 1 and held on day 2 but those greens were rough. He played fuckin awesome. So did Spieth I’m glad to see he’s coming back to form.
It's as if the top golfers in the world hit a few drives into the water so that during Asian Hate month (says the media) and Asian can win.
TBF, Matsuyama san could have easily blown his lead but made some clutch shots.
