Edit: since this is confusing people, let me be clear. The woman who shot him deserves to lose her job and be charged. But still, the situation wouldn't have happened if he wasn't resisting arrest. Everyone should be held accountable for their own actions.

That doesn't warrant use of lethal force.
You know that.
The guy knew that.
The police officer that shot knew that.
The other two police officers immediately knew that.
Don't be disingenuous with the whole "just comply!" argument. He made a bad choice. She made a terrible accident. It's sad for everybody involved.
