First, the black cop just walked straight up to the door. This was a wanted felon who was known to be armed. If the guy had wanted to kill that black cop he'd have been dead before he knew what hit him. Then they had 3 officers but only one hand trying to restrain the suspect. 2 cops standing around and the black officer was holding something in one hand instead of using two hands to get the cuffs on. And they were trying to cuff him in the open doorway of his car. There's a reason cops move people away from their car when arresting them.
Then the lady cop muzzled the black cop a handful of times and damn near shot him too.
White men did this.
