How long did it take the first cop to fail to restrain the driver and also lose control of the situation?
Not to mention the low standards of training and hiring that seemed to have happened.
The kids' parents and school systems also obviously failed. Probably never had any decent role models.
This video shows a near limitless chain of low standards, failure, and incompetence. This is the new America we live in, everyone's walking on egg shells too afraid to stand up for anything and take pride in their damned jobs. Celebration of communal mediocrity and feelings on full display. We should give them all participation trophies in attempting to be protectors of the public.
reminds me of a failure to yield here in LA 3 days ago. excaped murderer on the run in metro LA, 15 cops cars following him all afternoon: he hitting cars and endangering lives all or' town. So a 'rab pulls his truck in front of the perps cars and stops him. hero 'rab saves somebody's life cause that perps gonna drive like hell until the 15 following cops watch him run into and kill somebody. cops had many opportunities to stop the perp, but did not. I guess they just didn't want to get too much envolved in the situation. I sorta' don't blame the cops--fuk it.
A simple P.I.T maneuver could've stopped that chase within minutes. I still think it's poor training. Citizens should not have to step up to be good Samaritans with 15 cops in pursuit.
This is the answer. There were two retards here
