How long did it take the first cop to fail to restrain the driver and also lose control of the situation?

Not to mention the low standards of training and hiring that seemed to have happened.

The kids' parents and school systems also obviously failed. Probably never had any decent role models.

This video shows a near limitless chain of low standards, failure, and incompetence. This is the new America we live in, everyone's walking on egg shells too afraid to stand up for anything and take pride in their damned jobs. Celebration of communal mediocrity and feelings on full display. We should give them all participation trophies in attempting to be protectors of the public.

America's average IQ was rising, stopped, and has been declining since we changed our very restrictive immigration policy decades ago.

This is the result, a populace with idiots in every position at every level. Yes, everyone can make a mistake, but low IQ people make them way more often.

It's not an American thing, the global IQ has been in steady decline for a good while. There are plenty of studies showing this.
