Stallone and President Trump built up a good rapport over the Jack Johnson pardon that Sly had been pushing for quite a while. Obama wouldn’t even touch it, but President Trump was the guy who finally did it for him.

One of the biggest hypocrites in a WORLD of hypocrites - the majority of his career has been made on over-the-top violent movies which I'm totally fine with, whatever, but you can't then demand the complete abolition of the 2nd amendment off-camera. He was Democrat only for a short time when he was fed up with the Republicans.
However, he was and will always be a manhattan moderate. People blame Ivanka or Jared for some of his more liberal actions but forget that Trump was born in NYC and spent his entire life there. I have never seen him do "conservative" shit like hold a rifle, fire a pistol, go hunting or fishing, stand at a grill etc, but his son Don Jr is into that big time.

He has had a concealed carry permit for ages. There are pictures of him shooting at firing ranges and he's reported to be a great shot. For some reason people were surprised by this. Anyway, reminder, just because you haven't seen something does not mean it doesn't exist. There's just too much to see. You have to look and try to minimize bias filters when you do so you actually can "see" reality rather than your version of it.
