It’s a Glock; your finger is the safety.

You can also order certain firearms without a thumb safety altogether (e.g. M&P Shield). Some just come with a “trigger safety”, where you have to engage the full trigger surface. To me, that’s essentially the same as no safety. It’s just meant to prevent negligent discharge from a snag.
