I think we do need to incentivize families. That white replacement scheme is real. We have people who do not hold American and conservative ideals outbreeding patriots. That needs to change by incentivizing families, and preferably in conservative majority areas.
No more income tax ever if you have 5+ kids and an extra tax break for every kid you have over 5.

If we make welfare a 2 year run with a trade school, once in a lifetime, forcing people to work will automatically steer them toward conservatism.
