I've said it before here, the left don't consider the problem their trying to solve they just want to eliminate the problem.

Well when budgets are cut what's the first thing that goes? Training. Lack of training leads to more police involved shootings. The left calls to defund the police further.
More over that, the vilification of the police leads to good cops quiting the force, which creates an experience gap. With no senior officers to foster good habits unmong rookies, rookies aquire bad habits which leads to more officer involved shootings.
It's a never ending cycle of childish solutions to adult problems.
