You can’t. That’s the problem when mixing diversity with merit, all merit hires suddenly find that they’re “diversity hires” even if they earned it.

The left doesn’t understand how that stigmatizes people. They only care that it makes them feel like they’re doing something good, when they’re not.

Job performance. Typically, diversity hires have less to offer in their qualifications (job experience, education, etc.), and that often gets reflected through underperformance.
