Either she wanted to shoot the guy for some reason (paid off to stoke relations to possibly influence the jury in the Chauvin trial?) or she's completely retarded.

Apparently she's experienced and not a rookie so I'm going to go for the former.

She said "I've shot him" immediately after to the other cop as perp drove off. Seems like she knew what she was doing.

I think she realized after she shot him that she didn't have the taser out. Gun goes boom; tazer doesn't.
