Quid pro Joe made his deal already.

He told the SCOTUS Moot and Laches and he won't pack the court.

Now he didn't tell them he won't call them raycist and kick half of em off and make the new diveristy/inclusion/equity rules which require the court to be 90% LGTBQBIPOCAAPI. Also cases and convictions need to be proprotional so before the courts hear a case they have to make sure they hit their quota of white vs everyone else.

And lastely the same with decisions. The court will not read the constitution anymore, they will take into account how their decision will effect equity and disproportionately effect non whites.
