The Court wouldn’t rule on the merits of the great Election Fraud, including the fact that local politicians and judges, not State Legislatures, made major changes to the Election—which is in total violation of the United States Constitution.

Take your rights back. We need election chain of custody stat. Election blockchain

Why are people blaming SCOTUS instead of the cucked GOP State Legislatures?

They have the absolute authority under Article II to appoint whatever electors they want. 5/6 swing state legislatures are controlled by GOP. They could've appointed Trump electors but CUCKED OUT and sent Biden electors anyways.

SCOTUS isn't to blame - our cucked GOP state officials in the legislatures are.

There's plenty of blame to go around, I'd say.

SCOTUS doesn’t get to be let off the hook. We had failures at every level.

I've been saying this all along. Pence gets all the hate, no fan of, how he handled it, but if he tried to block the nomination, it would have ended up in court, and the result who have been questionable.

Republican state legislators had an easy path to stop the fraud merely by refusing to certify the fake election. They deserve most of the blame
