Even if every court agrees Trump won there is no legal recourse to remove Biden and install Trump...

Biden doesn't have to be "removed", because he wasn't legit anyway. As long as the right people get behind Trump (military leadership) and declare he's the commander in chief that's the necessary catalyst. Biden can stay in his basement that's painted to look like the WH, makes no difference.
