Supreme court isn't going to be packed... They would of already done so if they could...

180 days to discuss or look into it, this is pandering. Takes legislation through congress to add seats, filibuster is still in place so I do not see it happening nor do I see the filibuster going anywhere. The fact Biden did weak gun control via executive orders only asking the DOJ to "look into it".... Tells me the the filibuster is secure in this current Congress..
