I'm beginning to wonder if that situation was warranted deadly force and the cop was saying tazer to get him to stop but she had to shoot because the warning didn't work.
I don’t think it did, but it’s hard to tell. I don’t think they’re supposed to shoot someone taking off in a car unless they start trying to ram or run over the cops. That is unless it also looks like they’re trying to pull a gun etc.
