If this was any other vaccine, I wouldn't think much of it. My son is on the spectrum and it's a mess any time he needs blood work or shots.
But this is a vaccine that has NOT been approved by the FDA. We have no long term data on it. Let alone the mRNA issues that come along with it.
This just breaks my heart. I can't image allowing my children to be lab animals, let alone allowing police to "help" administer this experimental drug.
I don't disagree at all. I certainly understand needing help when doing any shots with special needs kids. I won't fault any parents that need a helping hand in that type of situation at all - my kid has some anxiety issues and we've had our fair share of crazy vaccination and bloodwork visits!
I do heavily question LA's "wisdom" of esclating the stress of the situation by bringing in uniformed masked officers. That Karen in the military flight suit is something straight out of a dystopian horror movie, for example.
I am also heartbroken seeing parents and guardians inviting this weird authoritarian shitshow in to terrorize their children or charges, especially with a strange experimental drug for absolutely zero logical reason at all.
