I admit I’ve been negative about cops but if things get bad enough titles won’t mean much. Deeds are the only measure. I’m oldish and I’ve seen many cycles of “it’s the cops fault” .wreck your car your friends won’t be there and if they were they wouldn’t be as useful as first responders. Let them know you respect them, every bad event I’ve seen with police the first thing someone does is do some dumb shit
