I manage a very large department and while I accept all applications, I will not hire black people.
When I'm out with my family, I specifically look for non-black places to eat but I make it look totally innocuous.
When I am anywhere, I will go out of my way to help white folks (hold a door, give change to a beggar, grab something off a high grocery shelf for someone short, yield in my car to show another car an act of courtesy, etc.).
If I come across a black person in those situations, they can go get fucked.
