anyone check if the judge was dealing with some Serious Cases?

Not that shit like this doesn't happen everyday, but wouldn't it be awfully convenient to have someone who was looking into things get taken out by a "crazy" jogger? I have to think back to the judge who's family was shot by the FedEx assassin a short while back after she got a case tied to Epstein, Deutsche Bank, Money and Trafficking...
