FOIA tapes, that were part of an investigation by a lawyer, were released. They were not sure they were attacking and American ship. They admitted guilt. They paid out money. It was an accident. FOIA tapes, that were part of an investigation by a lawyer, were released. They were not sure they were attacking and American ship. They admitted guilt. They paid out money.
