This is scary. I mean, Trump could have activated the 2a army. He had the power to do that. I don't know why he didn't. Did he actually not think it was going to get this bad?
He knew doing that would cause the deaths of thousands of Americans. He chose not to do it. He feels we still have more peaceful options before a full blown civil war leaves millions of lives destroyed.
The alternative is what we have now, where he simply can’t be blamed for whatever happens. Either way, he sidestepped making a decision that would put potential loss of life upon his shoulders at the expense of fighting back against the commies.
“They’ll take your guns, they'll sell you out to china, they cheated,” He said. So the only explanation for not taking decisive action is he couldn’t handle the fact that his image would be tarnished. He also believes god will help or some shit and a moral high road is the answer to those with no conscience.
President Trump did not suspect, he knew that thousands would die. Anyone with a brain knows this. Look at what happened at the Capitol, and that wasn't even an armed conflict.
Assuming power through force would be seen as a coup and the President would have had no support from the vast majority of the US and the world.
That is not how you win. Everything he would have done would be considered illegitimate and the military would not support him, not to mention the thousands of deaths I mentioned before. His image being tarnished does not play into this. A violent response is simply the wrong way, at least for know.
Do you seriously believe this sideliners opine? Thank God its not true. Sorry you're missing out. For now. Perhaps your disappointment at not getting what you wanted, which is understandable, is preventing you from seeing clearly? Imo we're getting what we need. How things turn out, as always, will be up to us. Do we desert, scatter and surrender or to we stick with our leader and fight even harder to make our shared dreams come true?
Imo things are positioned for a more massive transformational victory than I'd even imagined possible prior to January 20. I was thinking waaaaay to small. The only way we can lose now is if we lose heart. Our adversaries know this too. Hence the 24/7 psyops to demoralize and divide us and to undermine confidence in the only man who.knows how to beat them and who will beat them with our help.
You’re a blind optimist and you aren’t allowing the situation to be accurately expressed.
We’ve been completely subverted and no election 3 years from now will correct the severity of the problem we face today. Millions of invaders will cross our border this year alone, our civil liberties have been eroded, our rights as humans are being trampled, our institutions are anti-white, corporations are making moves for power over the people and that’s not even touching on the social ills, religious persecution, major league sports and racism.
Add in all the economic attacks on the people, taxes on our labor that pay for our own demise and almost zero representation in government and what we have is a ticking time bomb of anarchy and division. Meanwhile, we try and go about our business to live our daily lives only to be bombarded with mandates, requirements and restrictions.
It’s not just something that’s going to pass over like a storm cloud. Positivity of mind alone isn’t going to rectify shit. Trump may not have wanted to be the face of physical retaliation, but he shouldn’t have made all the claims of subversion without a plan to combat it. At the very least he could have used his popularity to express the direness of the situation with a call for total disobedience in the categories with which he was vocal. Instead, he called for peace which was a knife in the back of beginning to fight back against the cabal.
We will either be blindly optimistic as the ship sinks entirely or draw a line in the sand and follow a leader who wants to call for whatever it takes to save our freedoms and inalienable rights.
Trump fucked up by surrounding himself with RINOs and outright communists. He let Reince and Pence tell him optics mattered (the RINO creed) and filled his admin with retread neocons, RINOs, and even a handful of communists and career Democrats (hello James Mattis).
That came back to bite him in the election. All he had to do to save everything was order the guard to impound every single ballot and every voting and counting machine in every battleground state on November 4 (or 5th in some places).
He could then have created a commission (just like the one Biden just created to pack SCOTUS) or appointed a special counsel who would investigate the ballots and machines within 60 days (i.e. end of 2020) and issue a report before the January 6 electoral vote.
All of that was eminently legal and within his power. It would have been better for the country no matter the outcome. If no fraud was found (impossible), Trump and his base could accept that someone had actually looked and accept their loss. If fraud was found it would mean stopping a criminal enterprise from taking control of the nation. The only reason not to do it was because the media would throw a fucking fit. That's irrelevant in comparison to the fate of the most powerful country on Earth, but when you're surrounded by optics whores and communists, you start to care a lot about optics.
I appreciate what Trump tried to do for four years, but if even half of what Patrick Byrne wrote about the election and aftermath is true, Trump should stay retired. He doesn't have what its going to take to fix this country. We need someone like Desantis who has more experience dealing with government backstabbing and still has the fire of a younger hungrier man who doesn't have the option of going home to his billions of dollars and supermodel wife.
Byrne is a sheltered idealist outsider who has ZERO experience with the brutal real world much less any comprehension of Realpolitik. I'm not critiquing his sincerity just pointing out his inability to provide any meaningful insight.

He was worried about optics. His Achilles heel.

He suspected. That is all.

He was betrayed by people who are closed to him, and I know one of them is still standing right next to him right now!
