An incident awhile back where a black dude was walking into unfinished homes, stealing things. When he was caught, he said he was just "jogging". There was a video too. Now it kind of applies to any black individual doing something sketchy or a crime.
He was "jogging" in pants and timberland boots 😂😂😂

Refers to a msm story about a black dude who got shot while robbing construction sites on foot. Msm claimed he was just out jogging. Turns out that's exactly what the local businesses refered to him as. The Jogger. I guess he was kinda famous in that town for it.
It was something to do with the Ahmaud Arbery shooting, black people then came out telling their so called discrimination while jogging. I believe this to be the start of the word in this context.

It's because the media likes to label violent non-white criminals as non-incriminating names (or not at all) to make it seem like we're the bad people for taking care of them when they attack us.
If you notice it's applied to blacks a lot you can thank their general poor upbringing and statistical preference toward violent crime.
The 'jogger' name was just the most laughable one to come out of the media recently.

Ahmaud Arbery was just jogging through that private residence under construction on his way to get ice cream for Grandma before he started college to be a brain sturgeon.
While everyone is going to mention the Arbery case, this really dates back to the Trayvon Martin case. Internet discussions around that case were off the charts with every armchair investigator having their say. There was actually a large group of people who backed the idea that Martin was just "jogging" then as well. If my memory serves me well, people said he was just getting some candy from the convenience store and felt like taking a bit of a jog coming back from some friends house or something.
In any case, the idea at the time was to try and paint the black person as some innocent victim doing something harmless like jogging. This most definitely happened during the Martin case when the media really went hard to paint Martin as some innocent victim who wasn't up to no good but was doing something innocent like "jogging".
Then Arbery happened and the media just double downed on the sheer stupidity of it with the jogging then it took off as referring to all criminal black guys as joggers.
