Tell me when was the last time any conservative quoted ACB? I remember people suggesting the Ginsburg Amendment or something to keep the Supreme Court at 9 justices. In late 2020, I vaguely remember conservatives quoting Ginsburg (out of context, like when the logic can be used against the Democrats). Also, rather than engaging in the 2020 election day coup like ACB did (by not hearing voter fraud cases), Ginsburg had the decency to stay out of it. At least she tried to save the Republic at the right moment when she gave up her seat so that Trump would get a third scoop & there would be a true conservative majority (because all of us knew Roberts is a classic example of a dirty RINO). But sadly we all knew how that turned out.
