If you knew it you’d know that you can’t trust it. Trust shouldn’t be a component.

If you have to trust it then it's not science. Most people don't even know what science is. People think it's a belief system like others when it's not it's a specific approach. A lot of people think it's the "scientific method". It's not. Science, actual science really doesn't know as much as people think. It is not that different to maths where you need proofs. The whole point of science is an approach to knowledge of trusting as little as possible. The whole philosophy of science is a major form of skepticism. Science really is as it's actually intended distrust.

In God we trust is valid. In science we trust is an oxymoron.
