the cop who shot him was a dumbass diversity hire... typical "frazzled woman" bullshit... she's yelling "tazer tazer tazer" and then shoots him with a real gun. she shot him unlawfully and should be charged.

it didn't help though that daunte was a fucktard who got busted carrying a firearm illegally... that's why the warrant was out for his arrest. the story that it was for his air freshener is typical cop bullshit... they drive around with LPRs scanning every plate in sight, and when a car comes up related to a person of interest, they will pull the car over. they blame literally every other reason other than LPRs because they don't want to talk about LPRs. regardless, he had an open warrant out for his arrest, he called his mom when the cops pulled him over, and she was telling him not to run. the cops walked up and immediately knew who he was (already had his pic up from the LPR + laptop), started arresting him. that's when he started resisting, jumped back in the car to drive off, and dumbfuck diversity hire shot him.
