Don’t drink soda. Drink water. But IF you must, find local craft sodas and support those brands, they’ll generally taste better and will have less added sugars and chemicals.
Water is really better for you, especially for the kidneys as you get older. I never used to drink water but over the past five yrs I am drinking it at least 50%. Even room temp water is ok. Actually I keep a cup of water in the bathroom and have a couple of sips while reading P.Win and multi-tasking
