Meh, i have my doubts. To be sure, Russia has it problems with corruption, kelpto-capitalism, etc. but it is no longer soviet communism, and having traveled there, they are never going back. They are Christian, white, capitalists, with an ok military (you think the Putin is going to pay for elective transgender surgery ?? - LOL) and with a population that celebrates the military and family. And sad as it might be, I have to say, I might believe rt.com as a source for truthful news more than any MSM channel. Putin is not about to hand over Russia to Xi. And he is not falling down the rabbit hole of the west and allowing his manufacturing base to be outsourced to China. Putin is Russia First, IMHO, we just need to act accordingly.
We will have to agree to disagree. I think if given the chance, they would combine to take us out in a heartbeat. The Chinese government can be very convincing.
