Dude, you have it all wrong. HIPPA was created to shield doctors, hospitals and insurance providers from liability, when they share your information. Just like the “Patriot Act”, it actually means the opposite of its name.
Remember this the next time Congress passes a law, and you will be more than halfway to understanding its actual intent.
