For thousands of years the elites would thin out their growing populations with war and we've been hearing about these elites talk of overpopulation for decades as they feel we're using too much of their shit. This is just their supposed solution. Women under 40 shouldn't take the vaccine.
First, we've got population. The world today has 6.8 billion people. That's headed up to about nine billion. Now, if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we could lower that by, perhaps, 10 or 15 percent. But there, we see an increase of about 1.3.

Its not about feeding the population. They can always grow mear in a lab. Its about control.
They have lost control and one way to regain it is by reducing the population to more manageable numbers.
When it comes to Africa it is about feeding people.
