It’s not voter replacement - they’ve already perfected VOTE replacement, so there’s no longer any need for voter replacement.

It’s about getting white people outnumbered ASAP, because they’re the only people who have a history of violently and competently overthrowing monarchies and oligarchies and the like, and establishing government by consent.
