No, Russia in incredibly corrupt, it's basically run by a mixture of the Russian Mob and the KGB, after the collapse of communism, the only who knew how to navigate the system were cooks, their government still makes people disappear into the night. Don't get me wrong, Russia is based, but they are on a whole nother level of corruption and tyranny.
