The soviet union basically survived on western loans. All socialists governments are economics basket cases (especially in this day and age) A socialist scheme like Agenda 21 would destroy a nations economy before it could ever be implemented in full. That's what they want.
It's not China, it's not Russia, or India, it's George Soros Open Society and the World Economic Forum and it's contributors.
They want an absolute Global Economic Reset and the only way they can get that is by destroying economies all over the world. No country will be left standing.
These ppl only know how to destroy. That is to say, they don't know what makes the engine tick, but only know how to stop the engine from ticking. This reset is very unlikely, but having said that, they are very stupid ppl (don't let anyone tell you differently). Most of them are psychopaths (if not all of them) and have illusions of greatness.
