The soviet union basically survived on western loans. All socialists governments are economics basket cases (especially in this day and age) A socialist scheme like Agenda 21 would destroy a nations economy before it could ever be implemented in full. These ppl only know how to destroy. That is to say, they don't know what makes the engine tick, but only know how to stop the engine from ticking. This reset is very unlikely, but having said that, they are very stupid ppl (don't let anyone tell you differently). Most of them are psychopaths (if not all of them) and have illusions of greatness.
