Obama is not very smart. Anytime he is off script or off the teleprompter, his composure collapses: "Uhhhh.... uh..... uhhhh, uuuuhmmmmm, uhhhhhhhh, uuuummmmmm.....stutter stutter stutter He is an empty suit too, who was also a mere puppet during his two terms.
