To be fair, as someone with ADHD/dyslexia, who works with Fortune 500 companies/senior management, and cannot spell to save his life, I can tell you first hand that literally no one cares about a misspelling here or there unless it is part of an external communication or investor presentation.

Which is a failure of the current education system that is all or nothing.

You either get dinged for all the misspelled word or don’t get dinged at all.

Can’t just figure out a way to use, I don’t know, common sense and grade on the ability of the person to get their message across.

Now this obviously would take misspelled words into account but not in an all or nothing manner.

Then again, if teachers used common sense I am sure they would be called racist or something. 🤦🏼‍♂️
