I think he has sent plenty of signals. One clear signal was to boycott the companies he mentioned. We seem to be somewhat ignoring that, and I'm sure he's disappointed. What's needed is some action to weaken our opponents and put some fear into them, without the battlefield going hot and ruining any element of surprise that may be needed.
