Read between the lines. Trump knew what was at stake when he ran for office. He knew what would happen if he failed. (What is now happening.) He had the full power of the US Military to stop it, via the Insurrection Act, but as far as we have seen, nothing occurred. (He did sign the order after January 6, FYI.)
Like it or not, Trump is still the most powerful man on the planet. He alone could summon the largest army on Earth with a single tweet, and knows how angry we all are. (Imagine how he feels?) He understands better than any of us what will happen if Biden is allowed to serve out his term.
If all options have been exhausted, Trump would let us know. Perhaps he still will, but he hasn't yet. My guess is that he wants to let this play out, so the scale and scope of the treason will be fully documented and on public display--undeniable to all historians. (Even the Biden voters I work with admit that he clearly stole the election, and regret voting for him.) But that's just it. Sometimes, explaining something to people is not enough. Sometimes you have to show them before they will fully grasp reality. Especially when the Truth violates everything they believe to be real.
There are some who feel desperate. Who believe that it's "now or never." (You can see those comments on this board, everyday.) Who look at history and think, "I we wait too long, we will lose our opportunity to take a stand." These people fail to realize that Donald Trump probably knows more about that history than they do. If things were as dire as they seem, would Trump remain silent? After everything he has endured, would he stand by and watch the people he fought so hard for-- that supported him-- be ravaged by evil?
Follow Trump's lead. Get involved in local politics. Do what you can to expose corrupt government officials. Drag them out into the sunlight for public judgement. What's clear is that there is more to this story than has been revealed. If we are really in danger of being rounded up and exterminated, Trump will most certainly be a top target, and I don't see him going down without a fight. You can bet your ass he is going to call in support and lead the resistance, if it comes to that.
Does he have something up his sleeve? A military plan? Maybe. Maybe not. Perhaps his plan is to summon the Trump Navy and lead an amphibious assault up the Potomac. But he has given no indication that such measures will be necessary, and Biden is signing executive orders to take our guns. Which means we are quickly approaching the climax of this story.
So what did I mean by my title? Don't do a damn thing (aside from getting involved in local politics) until Trump says so. He has proven that he is smarter than all of us, and is heavily invested in the outcome of this situation.
Then exactly what are you talking about based in your post title? What are you talking about doing when the “signal” is given?

Amazing that some are still saying such in April 2021.
They're like human time capsules.

Trump will never call us to arms, wake up friend.
