I honestly find Candace a bit obnoxious as she's pretty cliched with a lot of her stuff, but credit where it's due, she's got more of a spine than anyone else at Ben Shapiro's Daily Wire outlet. She's only been with them a few weeks. I'm sure they'll knock off all the rough edges over time and in a few months she'll be just another Ben. But for now she's a-ok in my book.
I agree with most things she says and she's well spoken, smart, and kinda hot, but I think her racism and identity politics shtick 'as a black female' thing is way overplayed. Just gets old. "As a brown eyed, 5' something, 120lb..." The fact is we're individuals. I'm not in some stupid group and my actions don't represent others who look like me, nor do actions of others represent me. To assume this is a logical fallacy. The entire racism and identity politics crap is a false assumption logical fallacy and needs to be called out. This country is the most free and least racist country in the world. We literally fought the democrats over their slavery and won- this all happened before we were born. We woundn't even know about it if it wasn't told to us. So to pretend that it still exists is ridiculous. Slavery was a world problem and rich democrats in the US partook in it, were in the KKK and fought to keep it. That's the fact, regardless of what the morons lie about switching parties.
She's using the left's rules against them. Like it or not they have set the playing field. People like Candace who check the boxes the left glorify but dissent in opinion are needed in order to get more normies to realize that wokeness is a masquerade and nothing more than a power grab. It's old hat for us, but every day someone, somewhere out there is getting red-pilled by Candace.

That's exactly it for me. I'm tired of people using their skin color to beat people over the head with their politics. The left loves that tactic and they do it a lot. It's still annoying when black conservatives do it. Making everything about race IS the problem. The solution is colorblindness. Some days Candace gets this premise, and some days she plays right into the problem.

Oh I definitely agree. I'm not saying it's not good that she's speaking up. I just wish she would learn some new tricks. The cultural right loves to tout people like Candace as fresh blood in the conservative movement but it's not really fresh blood if they are thinking and saying the exact same old same old. It starts to feel like you're being grifted when every new conservative e-celeb just repeats the same script.
Science is, by definition, the process of being critical of hypotheses, and attempting to replicate or disprove them. The fact that any dissent from their view is considered unscientific, is a glaringly obvious example of something that seeks to pervert actual science and to suppress anyone who doesn't go along with their narrative.
Their playbook is a textbook example of what bigotry actually stands for, and anyone who can see it and not think for themselves, that this may be a giant piece of bullshit, is already too long gone.
