I’m still stuck in the 90s listening to grunge and I don’t watch televised sports/events of any kind. Never have.

Electronics, Vaporwave, 80s Russian anti communist punk, Mario speedruns. They’ll never find me.

Vapor wave is dope. What’s the anticom punk?

Aquarium was one of the more state sanctioned acts. Kino is classic in the same time period. Vova Blue is underground riffing on American rock but more depressed. Televizor was a later attendee to the Leningrad rock club where a lot of these guys got play time. Yuri Morozov did some awesome electronic/psychedelic music in the late 70s too.

They’re all anti authoritarian which in that context was anticom but I guess that’s just punks for you.

Vaporwave sounds way too modern for me, I don't even like people calling my industrial music "darkwave" but agreed, dems would never find me by my "cultural" pastimes.

It’s in the same genre family as lofi and trance in my book. In my experience the late 60s/70s experimental artists are the most fun to play hate it or love it with.
