I watch real estate markets as a hobby. Many areas are absurdly hot, in a way that even low interest rates did not cause pre covid and dem city riots. I will have to look into Black Rock. My own small white town has experienced a discernible demographic shift in the last year. Would be ok if it were organic, but it is purposeful and engineered for a goal that is hardly opaque. Seems crazy, to me at least, but the war on whites is in full swing, with both blacks and whites being used as pawns.
