I personally have high hopes for the future of mRNA vaccines, it could be a game changer, but I want to see a lot more trials done before we go all in on it. The problem right now is we don't really know some basic things, like the dosage amount. Moderna delivers 3 times the amount of vaccine than Pfizer for COVID19. That bothers me and suggests it was all too rushed. Ideally there would have been smaller trials that found the minimum amount necessary to do the job but we jumped right over that and maybe we'll find out how much is too much but I'm not going to volunteer to be one of the test cases.
