Fully agree. I love the man, but he is so, so, so wrong on this issue.

I believe he gave up and is giving in to the Swamp's influence, No mental gymnastics around it for me.

Edit: Downvote me all you want, Remember how everyone use to cheer on for Mike Pence only to discover he's a undercover spy from the Swamp at last minute? And when people spoke out about it they were getting bombed for spouting "nonsense"?
