Like I said, you can only sue them if they let you. Look up the FTCA. Or, just keep pretending you know what you're talking about.

This took me 15 seconds.

"arising from the alleged negligence of officers and employees of the Office of Personnel Management acting in the scope of their official duties."

"The United States Office of Personnel Management is an independent agency of the United States Federal Government that manages the US civilian service."

So unless you were shot by Capitol Police (Ashley Babbit) or had your house confiscated by the feds by mistake this act doesn't EVEN APPLY!

See the DOZENS and DOZENS and DOZENS of cases brought against the Trump admin, the Obama admin, the Bush admin, and so on and so on.

You cited a law in error. Like I said if you want to sue AN INDIVIDUAL OFFICER you need to go through this act. If you want to sue THE ENTIRE FDA or the ENTIRE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT you are 100% free to do so. Just file in federal courts and be prepared to spend a lot or get a lawyer who believes in your damage case.

Are you actually being a salty little snowflake and getting all mad?

Just because I actually pulled up the law and pointed out to you that it applies only to the actions of officers and other civil servants of the federal government and not the whole of the federal government?

Also why would I sue? I am not getting jabbed!
