I live in Louisville, KY and I still can't get over the fact that my city gave $10 or so to a drug dealer that shot a cop and almost killed him simply because as he lay there dying, the cop shot back and killed her... It absolutely blows my mind that she got he family paid like that. The cop barely made it to the hospital in time, the ambulance had to bust through a fence to get to him in time, he was hit in the femoral artery.
Sure, there was absolutely some sort of reckless endangerment charge or punishment of some sort for the wild ass cop that was running around shooting through windows blindly, but he didn't hit anyone and has nothing to do with the death of the drug dealer that shot a cop.
