What decision? This was directed at me. Also, telling someone they shouldn't volunteer for an experimental treatment that is turning up with all kinds of side effects isn't "propaganda." There is such a thing as simply the truth.
ETA Also, this is a cooperative preschool, which means during every class there is a parent helper there. I am in the class once a month participating and helping, so I know very well what is going on in the classroom.
