My take on it is that during your phase 1, there was no concerted effort toward anything in the US - the idiot politicians were just being themselves. Pelosi was trying to play the race card as she always does, because that braindead bitch couldn't find her own ass if her pants were on backwards, and Fauci was initially being honest - masks don't work. They weren't trying to spread the virus, because no extra effort would be needed to spread a corona virus throughout your population. Happens every year.
Phase 2, however, was when whoever is really running this show, the CCP or lizard jews or whoever, said "Hey dumbasses, we WANT people to freak out - get on it." And, with their marching orders, EVERY SINGLE COMMIE FAGGOT flipped their position and immediately started saying "Panic! Panic! Panic!" and wearing masks and screaming about deaths, etc.
This theory only makes sense if you believe that COVID is a very real and dangerous virus. Only then would it matter if the borders were kept open and more people were infected.
I, however, do NOT think this virus is all that dangerous. In fact, it has become quite obvious that the governments have had to inflate the reported death numbers and incite panic in order for anyone even to believe it's a real thing. Given that, it would make no sense for the "It's not a big deal" politicians to take that stance if they were taking orders from China. It would make far more sense for them to incite panic from the beginning, if they're going to pad the numbers anyway.
It is more dangerous than the flu, but less than ebola. Look, the goal was that people get infected and only from that point they could spread the panic. Panic wouldn't have worked with the simple cold because that is a known virus. It had to be new and slightly more lethal in order to trigger the governors and politicians. To kill more, the propagandists told the Western leaders to put Covid patients on ventilators, an obvious killshot. That was anti science, doctors were in panic and did it anyway. Gov. Cuomo said that he needed 40 000 ventilators and Trump was attacked for saying he didn't need that much! Remember that? That was a propaganda campaign to push Governors to do dangerous moves. Like sending infected patients into nursing home. That was done in more than 4 American states, but also in Quebec, Canada. Therefor the instruction came from the medical field or the WHO. The CCP AND the globalists were killing us intentionally, folks.
They needed enough dead people to trigger the mass shutdowns leading to mass unemployment for the great reset (which is basically how to crush the middle class that pollutes too much)
